Melanie was great over the phone and took the time to try and help me troubleshoot issues I was having with my pump before I was even a paying customer! I had a more complex issue and Melanie was able to get me on the schedule the next business day. Aaron, their technician, was a great communicator, knowledgeable and friendly and had the pump up and running in no time. I'd highly recommend working with this company!

On Friday, December 21 - just before the long holiday weekend and with company headed my way - the pump in my water garden decided to stop working. I contacted Tranquil WaterScapes, fully expecting to be told that they wouldn't be able send someone out until the following week after Christmas. Boy, was I wrong! I spoke to George in the office and he was able to get techs Connor and Jessica over to my house within a couple of hours.
