This is my favorite place. The people they have working there are kind and know there stuff. I have Cesar as my therapist and he really does an excellent job
Great place. Be warned there is no sign for this place viable from the street. Shares an office with a chiropractor.
Marti from Tranquil Waters was very unprofessional, she hung up on me twice then text saying I was a deadbeat. She must be having a bad day, but I am not going to be treated that way. We only had a conversation because one of her therapists didn’t renew their contract with my insurance company (didn’t tell me) and I am trying to file an appeal to my insurance for payment. I only called to ask what the dates of service were. I will not be returning, which is unfortunate because the therapists there are wonderful 💜
