From my experience as well as my clients’ - they aren’t just great counselors, they are great human beings.
Place uses bank hours. Don’t be a person who has a 9-5, your problems are irrelevant then.

Made an appointment for my son 3 weeks ago. his appointment is in 2 days, and they told me today, that his insurance was not accepted - Sorry, nothing we can do.... are you kidding? and no pay out of pocket options either. SO unprofessional. wait 2 days before... - IN RESPONSE - ANY CHILD - REGARDLESS OF INSURANCE SHOULD BE ACCEPTED.......
