I love this place! I've been a client for almost five years. I see the owner, Heather for lash extensions and the occasional massage. She is always professional, yet warm and friendly, and the services are always amazing. Her spa is super clean, relaxing and well appointed. I also see Courtney for brow waxes. She is also super professional and always delivers a high quality service! I highly recommend Tranquil Traditions to anyone who is looking for their "spa home"!!
The actual massage by Flora was great, but I was unfortunately not impressed with the customer service here (meaning the front desk but actually the owner). The website states that a membership can be started in-office and that it can be started same day, meaning the massage would be discounted to the monthly membership fee.
