For years I carried pain in my shoulders and my hips. I am not hurting 24 hours later. She was so thorough and so warm. The environment is welcoming. Afterward she showed me exercises that will help to maintain my posture and made observations on how I may have gotten to this point in the first place. I found the experience profoundly life altering.
Ashley is very knowledgable and communicates well about treatment. If you have a specific issue, she is excellent in zeroing in and working the pressure points and releasing tension. I felt great after our session.
I came to Tranquility Therapy seeking relief from chronic neck pain.The studio setting is cozy and private.I found Ashley to be a gifted and experienced therapist.The treatment I received has been helpful in relieving pain and improving my ability to move my neck. Ashley has been able to provide more pain relief in (2) one hour sessions then I have experienced in months.
Ashley is a miracle worker with her massage techniques. They keep my back discomfort at bay for well over a month at a time! I'm a loyal customer and honestly don't want to use any other therapist. Almost 8 years seeing her. Highly recommended!
As a first time customer, I will say that I was very impressed with the results I received after getting my massage! I went in with concerns of back pain due to the extremity of physical work i do and I left feeling like a million bucks!
