Booked a one hour service with my husband, they started at 1:08 but ended exactly at 2:00. We paid for a whole hour 75$ per person massage, but only received a 50-minute service for both of us. Very disappointed…

I came back after many years from out of town and I was excited for a relaxing massage. Unfortunately I am not sure if the ownership or management has changed since then. A few yellow flags: I confirmed my appointment over the phone including the price for early bird special. When I got there the place looked different. The walls were thin or area was noisier as I could hear people on the other side as if it felt like they were right next to me.
