Although this place has some good staff like Hollis & Melissa & Mike.. they also have horrible staff, mainly being the two Barbaras. I have known and seen multiple clients be thrown out in the middle of the street with no where to go, no ride and all there bags in there hands and i just so happened to be one of them. Other then myself i watched them kick out 4 clients during my stay (it's a 14 day detox and i was there twice) and i was the 5th person.. they decided to throw me out because of hear say and told me i had one ho... read more

I have previously posted a terrible review on this facility. I have since been there again, because Barbara was nice enough to take me back. To the contrary of my last review I have been clean since the time I left Tranquil and quest. There were changes somewhere better somewhere worse but the best change they made was the change in their staff. They were courteous respectful and honestly wanted to help. my therapist was very honest with me. He's told me things that I did not want to hear but had to. He gave me time anytime ... read more

I call this facility and was told that it was a bed available. On my way there they told me I had to be there by 215, but I got stuck in ridiculous traffic. The clinical director Barbara told me to get a hotel and to come there by 1230 tomorrow and that there will be a bed available for me. Again due to traffic I was there by 1 o'clock and they ended up taking 5 New male admits that day. They made a big fuss about me being there on time, when in fact they had 5 beds available.
