First time I was there the person a saw was rude and ballon headed, they tried to make me pay for a full assessment at the end when I already had an assignment.
Over the last few months, I have been working on being assessed for ADHD through a clinical psychologist. On my last visit to go over the results, she told me I would now have to go to a psychiatrist to confirm the results and get a better understanding of my next steps. Thus, Tranquil Minds. The staff at Tranquil Minds are exceptionally supportive and will go out of their way to see the best outcome for their patients. I have seen numerous doctors at this clinic and each of them have surprised me with how genuine and accomodating they have been in their approach. Not only are the doctors extremely professional and knowledgeable in their respective fields, they are also very friendly and create a comfortable environment for patients to express themselves without fear of judgement. Phoned no answer and then phone cut out. Gave been trying since late Nov 2024 to get someone to answer phone
Great staff and practitioners. I recommend this clinic for anyone in need. They are a really busy practice so getting an appointment can be a bit hard, but it's worth it.
