I purchased a deal that was supposed to be $800 reduced to $399 HIFU 12D MPT Full Face Treatment HIFU 12D MPT Jowls Treatment Full Face Microdermabrasion Expert Analysis Consultation The lady was really nice her name was grace but my treatment only went for 20 min in total for the micro and hifu. I did question why it is was so quick and was told it was a medical grade machine so that’s all you can do. But my friend who works in another clinic said that there is no way I will get results. I guess I’ll wait and see.

Booked in for HIFU, had to pay in advance. Then once my face was cleaned (good massage) the therapist advised my skin was too red and sensitive and recommended IPL first, then the following week do the HIFU. To my surprise I then had to pay an additional $99 on top off the $399 I just paid!! When I asked for it to be taken off the balance, the therapist INSISTED that I needed to pay another $99. Absolutely disgusting, booked in with for fat freezing for beginning July , yes that date is fine , paid $150.00 got the confirmation and it was the week I said I was unavailable, rang them and they said we don't do Saturdays I explained that I said I will go elsewhere as I work during the week , she came back yes that Saturday you asked for is fine , pay a deposit of $150.00 so I did and it was for the date I couldn't go !
