I was talked into a more expensive package as I knew I had limited time to attend with work. The pressure I felt was so real I gave in. In my first appointment I asked for some, not all of the monies back and was told blatantly NO I asked if I could have skin care to some of the value I was told NO I asked can you speak to your boss, no one has contacted me. I grew up in the Philippines I should have known better. Now I’m out $1,000 and they keep my money Rip of merchants they are. PLEASE BE AWARE

I was cheated and never received a treatment and nobody was contactable The therapist was no longer working there and no one refunded my money as they said they were closing down and the staff was unable to help . this was 3 years ago and the owners pretended they knew nothing when i paid $600 over for 3 treatments and only received 2. I will not go back to them again. They were really good but am so dissappointed in the way the push the buck without any accountability.
