My appointment was canceled twice within a few hours of the scheduled time, with the second notice coming only through an automated email and no response to my text message. This lack of communication made the experience frustrating. I ultimately ended up asking for a refund.
I received a gift for a full body massage at Tranquil Escape. Anastasia was pleasant and took the time to understand what issues I was having. She was attentive to my problem areas and focused on the rest of my body as well. I felt relaxed and less tense when she was done. I’ll definitely be visiting again.
I cant express how deeply grateful I am.. I was in desperate need of some therapy and she was willing to stay open past her normal business hours to service me. The atmosphere was relaxing and it smelled amazing. She was gentle but effective in pushing out my kinks. Very professional Highly recommended! Thanks for the greatest service ever!!
