It was so disheartening to deal with Quennie - a so-called Hospice nurse who was so aggressive and demanding that we declined the service. I remember Hospice as being lovng, caring and supportive through this time. We had to say no!
I give them a ZERO. Not one person bothers to return a phone call. They give you Roxanne's number and there is no voice mail, she does not respond to text messages. How on earth do you reach someone in that location. You send and email and out of common courtesy there is no response there either. I see the reason for such low ratings here. For God sake this is suppose to be healthcare!
Every unprofessional and unsafe hospice care I’ve ever had. Too many reasons to even explain on here.
Terrible
The staff of Tranquil Cate are Incredible!!! Very professional, on call with very fast response 24/7. Most importantly, they truly care, for the patient (my mother) as well as the family. I am a nurse and they, in my opinion, are the best I have experienced. Rick Stoller
