I had a platinum gold facial with Tammy tonight and it was literally magical. I couldn’t decide whether I wanted a massage or facial and this was the perfect mixture of both! Tammy was so sweet, fun to talk to, and knowledgeable! She wrote me a personalized skincare routine based on the products I already have!!!!! Who does that?! Could not recommend more, 10 out of 10, no notes
Tranquail Balance is a very professional spa. All staff go above to see your service is exceptional. I have had the lymphatic massages with Tina. She has helped me tremendously on my wellness journey. I received the best reiki session with Dee this morning. She was fabulous, professional and her reiki was the best I’ve received in a very long time. I will continue to see both of them. This truly is the best for Mind, body and soul. 5 stars.
All staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I have been seeing Dee Waters for Reiki for 5 months now and can’t possibly overstate the benefit I have received. Dee is extremely informative, supportive and knowledgeable. She cares deeply about her clients and the connection we have made has been so special. It also aids in the effectiveness of the sessions for me. The energy and healing that emanates from her hands and spirit continue to touch and heal me. I am so grateful. 🙏❤️
Wonderful experience doing a last minute float before a drive back to the Berkshires. The office and lounge space are truly tranquil and softly lit. Quiet ambient music plays in the background in the lounge, which I wish I had used for longer after my float. The float experience was wonderful and I lost track of space and time. Great environment and very friendly staff. Massage rooms are beautiful and the float tanks are very comfortable and clean as well.
