I’ve been doing calisthenics for a while, but I wanted to push myself and learn some of the advanced skills like the front lever and human flag. Training with Shernell has been amazing her instructions are super clear, and she really knows how to break things down so they actually make sense. What I love most is how motivating she is. I started Ladies Who Lift at Trang Fitness to stay strong and keep good form during pregnancy, and it’s been amazing! The trainers are so knowledgeable and supportive, advising on how to adapt movements when needed but still challenge you to progress. They make you feel comfortable and confident in the gym, which has been so beneficial during my pregnancy. Highly recommend.
Working out with Trang is one of my favorite weekly rituals. I was hesitant to go at first because I was new to weight training, but Trang and her team are super welcoming. She has helped me build the confidence to lift weights outside our sessions by teaching me correct form, exercises, and routines. I’ve also attended a number of lifting ladies sessions, which are fun and formed of a nice community of women. Highly recommend!
Cornell at Trang Fitness is an INCREDIBLE trainer. He is so knowledgeable and experienced and tailors every move to what my body needs. He is also fun and motivating and gets me lifting heavier with no pressure, just encouragement. I have seen a huge improvement in my strength in a short time and am enjoying it more than any other training I've done. I couldn't recommend Cornell more!
I had some sessions with Trang to build my confidence around lifting heavier. I've never trained that way and it's a bit daunting to try to figure it out on your own. I'm a regular gym goer and very self motivated so came more for the learning rather than someone needing to push me to train. I really like Trang's friendly, no nonsense, straight-forward approach and sense of humour.
