We love Dr Trang. She is smart and thorough. Somehow with all her patients she remembers everything about us between visits. It is our honor to recommend her.
My wife had an appointment at 4:20. She rushed after work to make this appointment, called them at 4:19 to let them know she was running late. Didn't matter. This "doctor" canceled her appointment in exchange for a long weekend. This is not my wife's primary care doctor. My wife made an appointment for her primary care physician , but it was canceled the day before the appointment because of an "emergency." Hence us being stuck with this "doctor." Optum care is horrible. I was on call for over an hour just trying to get an appointment. This review has nothing to do with the doctor but the company, Optum itself. I had to hang up and call back and still waiting.
