Excellent customer service. It is visbley apparent they treat their staff with respect and understanding.
Hope you have all day to wait on hold if you plan on calling. It's a known thing and doesn't get addressed.
We have two trane HVAC systems in our house. We like the systems when they run. We have 10 year warranty on heat pumps, air handlers and accessories. When they fail you just wait 2 plus weeks for replacement parts. This is very troublesome. Only your installer order parts. Our installer says they just wait. For this reason THANE gets a poor rating. Pass this on.
