I received EXCELLENT service from the customer rep, named Jerimiah, at this location on 111 Avenue. The month was December 2025, the temperature was minus 22 degrees C, and sure enough, the furnace is sure to fail at always the worst possible times.. It did, and there I was, at 4.30 PM. I called up Trane Supply, told him the part I needed, and asked what time did they close...He replied "5 PM, but he was going to be there for a short time after"... I had an excellent experience with this business! The staff is incredibly informative and respectful. They have a great selection of parts in stock, and even when they didn’t have exactly what I needed, they quickly arranged to get it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and reliability!

For a large HVAC manufacturer, it is very unreasonable that they are only open 4 days of the week. Unfortunately this is the only shop in the city you can go to for Trane parts so a bit of a monopoly in that sense and they do clearly take advantage of that. Just recently, I drove all the way here for some parts only to find out that they started closing early (4pm instead of 5pm). It would have been nice if they updated their google to show their new hours. Parts here are generally more expensive but Trane doesn't care about... read more

Disappointed by the customer service at this store. According to the store manager there is a law in Canada that prohibits selling a gas furnace to the public. When I asked for the reference to this law the store manager asked me to leave the store. Please avoid this location, as the customer is treated without respect.
