Amazing customer service! He above and beyond to help me the customers Compressor today. The Columbus stores said maybe Thursday or Friday and couldn’t tell me when it would arrive for sure. He is getting the compressor to me today & he gave me a time frame it would arrive. Extremely helpful!!
Would not sell me part# SWT01280 because I was not a tech? They do not care if you family has heat in a blizzard. Nice! Ordered it from a online website and saved money but had to wait 2 more days. These guys are horrible, do not pick Trane. All the HVAC guys warned me about their non-sense and quality. Heat exchanged failed on new furnace after 5 years. Look like a cheaply made part with lots of stress induced during the manufacturing process. Buy a Carrier or something else. JUNK!!
