New building, docks on east side on ground level. Very nice people.
Driver drives erratically
Trane/American Standard high efficiency furnaces have a terrible loop hole in their warranty policy. If your installer or yourself does not register your product the furnace reverts to a 5 year policy on everything except the Heat Exchanger meaning you are very likely to have $1000 plus bill within a few years of install. In my case, Trane/American Standard can see the furnace was manufactured in 2015 and sold in 2016 but as they cannot see a registration I am on the hook for any issues other than the heat exchanger.
