Great service!
Had an awesome experience with Trane Supply! Kelly was amazing to deal with — super knowledgeable and knew exactly how to find the right HVAC parts I needed. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s honestly hard to find customer service this good these days. Highly recommend these guys if you need HVAC parts or help!
Can't get ahold of anyone, call the store gives you prompts anything you select is wrong then they just refer you to call a different number you call that number sit on hold to get told you called the wrong number, gives you another number and I'm now talking to the guy I just spoke to again. Big run around, terrible service support and never have stock on anything. Not to mention everything is 20-30x the cost because it says "Trane" on it.
