Never have any issues getting parts from here. Good company, great brand name.
If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. Awful technical support and rarely carry anything in stock. Called for assistance with wiring a wired display sensor and was sent to the chiller support team. They have no idea what they are doing on a good day. So if you ever order anything they'll be sure to order the wrong item. Dread this supplier almost as much as Lennox. Would not recommend.
