Son’s Trane A/C blower went out. One was on a shelf in the Atlanta region. My son offered to go pick it up. Customer pickups are not allowed. Trane will only allow shipping. It came in yesterday. This No Customer Pickup policy caused a/c to be out 8 days. Customer pickup would have allowed cooling on 1st day.
