The worst service experience every single time I’m here this place seems to be where men go to work when they have given up on life I avoid this place and go to the Tempe location where the counter staff are more enthusiastic about helping their customers
So slow… takes an hour just to pick up a split system
As a Local Trane dealer we always pick up from this location since we are based in Gilbert the delivery waiting time has got better but the parts department isn’t the same department and make it inconvenient trying to order equipment and supplies at the same time.
