Very poor service and extraordinarily terrible Project Management.
J’ai donc acheté un système de climatisation.. thermopompe garantie 10 ans sur le moteur . Le moteur tombe en panne ! Je demande la garantie : monsieur il faut passer par votre installateur !!! On me réponds ! Or mon installateur n’existe plus ! Pourtant .. l’appareil est bien sous garantie !!! Monsieur, on peut rien faire pour vous ! Si vous ne passez pas par votre installateur !
