Absolutely unacceptable service. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity. I’ve never experienced such outrageous disrespect from a company — especially one as big as Trane. I called FOUR times just to get a simple quote and make a purchase. Here’s what happened: Call #1: Waited 35 minutes. They couldn’t find my account and hung up on me. Call #2: Waited 27 minutes. Muy amables y eficientes
Delivering trans units here. Called and got permission to park. Spoke to security guard at 6pm. At 11pm security guard woke me up beating the hell out of my truck. Must move. Told her I had permission. She took pics of my tag and dot. I moved cuz I thought she was having me towed. Could not figure out what language she spoke! Not again! Parked at Home Depot, they respect trucks!
Wish I could give less than a star! ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Warranty part was ordered a month ago (for a HVAC unit less than 2yrs old). Received email stating part came in, only to wait over an hour & told there was no part, no idea when they would receive a part & email was an error. No solutions offered…basically too bad & customer should continue to live without AC INDEFINITELY! Completely Unacceptable!!
