I had a transmission built by them and it didn't last thirty thousand miles of daily driving. I didn't tow or haul anything with the truck and now they want to charge me another$5000 to rebuild it again.

ok so I have been stationed in port Angeles for three years. This company has repaired my truck a couple of times. first time was the transmission. My truck had started missing 3rd gear. I shopped around and decided to go with them. Price wasn't too bad but everyone has to eat. I spoke to Mr.Brian and Shawn before finally deciding to go with them. 2nd time was my rear diff was on the verge of grenading. My ring and pinion and bearings were messed up. During the last snow storm my son slid his car into the ditch.. Between the accident and the getting unstuck, the car developed a transmission problem. We took the car to tranco transmission. The owner and crew performed a very thorough analysis of the problem. unfortunately due to the age of the vehicle, and extensive damage to the transmission a repair wasnt worth while. Very Professional staff. Even when additional issues with my car were discovered they were tended to in a very fast extremely affordable fashion. My car was in and out of the shop very quickly and the work is top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
My transmission has been slipping and I was dreading taking it in because transmission work is always so expensive, and I'm leaving for vacation in a week. I stopped by out of the blue, and the guys did a quick fluid and leak check that determined that i was not going to explode and set me up for a proper appointment a few days later sending me away at NO CHARGE. Spent over $2,300 dollars and had to take my ***** back to them multiple times over the past few years because they screwed up something up each time. Now my transmission is completely ruined and they won’t stand behind they’re work and they told me it’s not Tranco’s fault the parts malfunctioned again. This is the 3rd time the tranny has been pulled out and went through because of it not shifting properly after they supposedly rebuilt the transmission. That is not normal and I want it fixed right. Mr ********* had work performed by our repair facility in October of 2014. 51 months, and 40,000 miles ago. While we regret that he only got 40,000 miles out of a transmission we rebuilt, Our warranty is for 24months, or 24,000 miles. Whichever comes first. We have no record of Mr ********* returning to our business with an issue before this last week. Mr ********* has demanded we repair his transmission at no charge. Was able to get my truck in ahead of schedule and they finished it ahead of schedule! Did a quality job. When I went to pick up my truck I was shown all my old parts and what was bad and they explained why my transmission no longer worked! Thank you for a quality job.
