Asked them to dismiss follow-up for "floaters" and go right to cataract surgery. Said she would call hospital and schedule appointment.. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago and still haven't heard squat. Then 4 days ago, she called me to verify the appointment we cancelled. Told her what we discussed and she put me on hold. Got disconnected and haven't heard back again.
