Don't have to wait long time. Front desk answer my call quick and they put you on hold for not too long compared to other medical facilities, I have to wait 30-60 min on hold. My appointment at 9:30, I was called at 9:45 to get the vital check. I came in the room sit and wait about 10 minutes and there Doctor came. The Doctor was not rushing me, he did ask questions and answer my questions. He took time to find the medicines that my insurance covered. I have been having some issues finding the right clinic and I finally found one that CARES. From the beginning to the end. I get really bad panic attacks during blood draws. Cassidy is my GIRL. She made me feel so comfortable and even made me laugh. The receptionist was very kind and warm as well. 12/10 service all around.
I’ve been jumping around primary care doctors in Gwinnett for awhile and I’ve finally found my home here!! The staff is SO welcoming. I feel taken care of and Dr.Tran is always attentive to my health concerns. 10/10
I’ve had such a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staffs were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Dr. Tran was incredible with his knowledge, and he truly took the time to listen to my concerns. It is difficult drawing blood for me, but the MA did it effortlessly with minimal pain. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a PCP that truly cares.
What a great experience! The receptionist Demi was soo kind and pleasant to chat with. I’m not good with needles and Cassidy the MA that took my blood did it painlessly, I felt nothing at all. I was in good hands with this clinic
