How you are able to tell the true integrity of a business isn't when things go right, but when they go wrong. I had a transmission replaced with a remanufactured unit by Tran Auto.... It went bad, two weeks after leaving the shop the transmission went out again and took the transfer case with it. Peter went above and beyond to insure that the rebuilt manufacturer provided a replacement and took care of all of the other necessary repairs. He also had to deal with a frustrated customer... me.
