I’ve referred business to Tran Auto recently and was planning to bring our vehicles back for service. I no longer will do that. My AC stopped working suddenly as I was driving and I work a nearby 90+ degree day. I stopped by and the manager was so rude to me. He said 75$ to diagnose. I said it may be something as simple could you just take a look( now if it wasn’t I wouldn’t mind scheduling the diag for next day-and moving forward with a fix) I said it maybe something simple as it was working this morning.
