Coach C was a lot of fun! This class is a must for increasing your heart rate and getting some great cardio - highly recommend!
I visited Trampz this past Friday and it was nothing short of Amazing!!! The workout definitely made me sweat but it was fun at the same time. Coach C was phenomenal at making me feel comfortable as a newbie. Her playlist was good, but her conversation was even better! I will DEFINITELY be back!!!
My experience with Coach C has been a great experience. Something I needed and didn't know I seeded it.
The class was so much fun and different than any other workout that I have done before! Also coach C is amazing. She is very encouraging and personable.
Today workout was so much fun! Who said burning calories can't be fun. I will most certainly be back for more!
