I usually workout about 4 times a week at my local gym but I also wanted to find a group class that would give me a good workout but was also fun. After a quick google search, I stumbled upon Trampz and I decided to try the beginner workout class at 8 AM on a Saturday with my friend. I can without a doubt say that I really enjoyed this class! Coach C was a lot of fun! This class is a must for increasing your heart rate and getting some great cardio - highly recommend!

I visited Trampz this past Friday and it was nothing short of Amazing!!! The workout definitely made me sweat but it was fun at the same time. Coach C was phenomenal at making me feel comfortable as a newbie. Her playlist was good, but her conversation was even better! I will DEFINITELY be back!!!

The class was so much fun and different than any other workout that I have done before! Also coach C is amazing. She is very encouraging and personable.
