Today workout was so much fun! Who said burning calories can't be fun. I will most certainly be back for more!
I really enjoyed this class. It was more challenging than I expected, in the best way. The instructor was amazing! She made the class fun and easy to follow. I will be back!
When I say fire!!!! I mean wobbly legs fire. I walked in sure that I could jump on a trampoline. 10 minutes in a prayer was said for my calf muscles. Ended with great energy, stretched, encouraged, refreshed, and ready to book my next class. 10/10 I will be back with my girls!
My son recently went to the Spring Break camp and he LOVED it! The team has so much customer service and keeps you updated about your child. My child didn’t want to leave!
This is a fabulous class with a great instructor. I’m not big on cardio, but Cshisa makes you feel like you’re just having fun while completing a great workout. Definitely will be back soon!
