Love the mat. Easy to order and great service and shipping. Follow-up was great right after order. Only issue it they didn’t send a spring pull tool.
Fast delivery! Mat arrived as expected. Would have loved for it to have included another stretching tool but otherwise great product!
Trampoline replacement pad came in with white spots on black net part of material. Almost looks like paint splatter. Not satisfied. Update 03/31/2026: Chris reached out from Trampolines Down Under and offered a replacement pad set inspected prior to shipment or a heathy discount on the one we already received. We opted to take the discount and keep the pad set that my husband has already installed. The good news is that the 3 year mfr warranty will stay in place should we have an issue in the future.
