I ordered a replacement mat and safety pad. The originals lasted 11 years through seasonal weather extremes typical to Southern Idaho. Ordering was easy, delivery prompt, and good communication all the way through. The safety pad was a little harder to install where it was a replacement, but I was expecting that. 5/5
Very easy to order and great communication all the way. They even followed up to make sure I ordered the correct size spring cover since ours is an odd size. I wish the covers were more cost effective, but I haven't found anything like it and their customer service is top notch!
