We have absolutely loved our whole system from Trampolines Down Under! Our kids play on it all the time; it's a highlight to our yard and home! We did have a couple of the metal rings come unstitched from the trampoline mat within the 2 year warranty, but by the time I called to use the warranty it was over the 2-year time limit, yet they still gave me a discount code to use on purchasing a new mat, which was very appreciated!
