Great customer service! TDU exceeded my expectations with their quick response and generous support.
We ordered an in-ground trampoline set a few years back and the kids absolutely love it. The ordering process was simple and the customer service was excellent. They answered every question we had prior to making our final decision on what kind to get. Our family could not be happier with the TDU experience!
We’ve loved our Trampoline from this business, works great in the ground and is super bouncy. We’ve had issues with the LED lights and Trampolines Down Under went out of their way to try and fix the issue but they still don’t work so I’d recommend just buying LED from Walmart to save a couple hundred!
Putting this together was tough!! The retaining wall that needs to be screwed into the frame is very hard to attach. Not sure why you guys don't pre-drill the holes in the frame for easy attachment.
Seriously, could a company have better customer service than these guys? I purchased a replacement mat and I ended up stretching one of the d-rings too much. Took it to their office and one of the owners personally delivered a new mat that night. He then came back within a few minutes and said he would help install it. Love their product and now I love their customer service even more.
