This class is amazing! I am very active and TrampoLEAN is in my top favorites classes ever. My alignment is much better after taking this class. I also find myself noticing how upright and good my posture is which is very important to me. Great workout, thank you!

I was so excited when I got the email that TRAMPOLEAN was back—- and even though it’s in a new location, I was not disappointed. Great workout- the 45 minutes flew by with the right amount of challenge. The new space is clean & spa-like. I walked away excited to book again. Louis is an incredible instructor who obviously cares about each student and makes it effortless to engage in mindful movement. His passion & joy for this practice is contagious. I’m so happy this class is back— if you haven’t tried it- BOOK NOW!

this place was ok but there was fat man who jumped onto my trampoline and he rocketed me into the celing and i broke the lamp. some people say they DO NOT have lamps but isaw them and i hit them

I did a TrampLEAN class with Louis this morning online. He is a great instructor! He is great at explaining moves and giving motivational feedback. One of the drawbacks of online classes can be the interaction that is lost, but Louis gave personal feedback to everyone during the class. It still had that personal atmosphere that you would get at a gym, but way more convenient because I was in my basement. I highly recommend this class.
