Trucker review. I bought my wife a bread oven for Christmas and she used it a few times and the white enamel inside started peeling off. I sent pictures to Tramontina because they advertise a lifetime warranty and they blamed me for the defect. This warranty is garbage along with the product. Highly do not recommend.
I purchased a six piece set of their pots and pans with the expectation that any issues would be covered under their lifetime warranty. After a few uses, 3 of the pots have coating that is flaking off. When contacting their warranty department, we sent all of the pictures as requested that shows the products are in great shape except the coating is flaking off. They asked for extra photos which I sent only be told that the coating, which is part of the product, isn’t covered. Shame on them. False advertisement.
