A couple of years ago when we had issues with our AC unit, the Trammell team quickly came out and solved the problem. When our upstairs unit was having a hard time keeping things cool in the summer in our 30 year old house, they recommended sealing the ducts. Since then, upstairs has been a solid 3 degrees cooler with better air quality.
