Professional and honest. Treat clients with great respect and truly involved. They keep following up after the repair was complete making sure that the car is running without any problems. And most important, the transmission is running like new shifting gears fluently. Everything went like promised.

Experienced sudden transmission failure on an aged, not particularly common car, (read: hard to get parts) and was very pressed for time. I can't speak highly enough of Cary and Junior's above-and-beyond efforts to turn around the repair quickly and safely, and at a fair price. This was my second experience with Tramcar (different vehicle) and I highly recommend.

IF YOU ARE USING YELP TO HELP YOU MAKE A DECISON ABOUT USING TRAMCAR, then please listen to this carefully: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE CROOKS. I brought my 2006 Range Rover to these clowns, they promised my car would be done in 3 days, I rented a vehicle for a week just in the event they needed more time. 3 1/2 weeks and 10 stories later I did get my car back. They diagnosed a much cheaper solution than I expected and they could have told me it was something more and I would have gone for it. They were totally honest and even helped me get to my rental car. Really happy with their work! They will be my first choice if I need transmission work again.

Cary ad his crew at Tramcar did a great job adjusting the steering column transmission shifter and linkage on my 1998 Ford Club Wagon. The shifter was loose and not allowing the vehicle to select the proper gear. His team performed the repair in a timely fashion at an affordable price.

I had called a few local trans shops and I was calling about my ford Windstar 2003. I was getting different prices from different shops, and I did not understand why I was getting so many different prices. I called Tramcar Transmission and I asked the gentleman that answered the phone what his price would be for my car. He said that he would need to confirm the problem with a free checkout and he set an appointment.
