Don't buy a Tralon built home. Cheap materials and poor craftmanship
Please please save your money these people are so unprofessional and will avoid doing any warranty work we have had so many problems with a new built. They refused to fix our steps even though that was part of our red tape, customer service are rude too, even when you’re being polite. I will never ever in my life buy a home from tralon they are trash
This has been the worst buying experience of my life. The warranty service is non existent. They will work incredibly hard to avoid doing any warranty work. We’ve had many problems with our concrete in the front and backyard, and they refuse to fix them. Over the years living in our house I find many examples of cutting corners, and poor craftsmanship. Avoid this company.
