An amazing place to buy model trains of most scales, keep in mind the store owner is retiring so keep that in mind
This is a great hobby store that sells Lionel trains, among other things: slot cars, model kits, and trains of other scales. I visited on 9/13/25, and there were signs indicating that it was going out of business, due to the principals retiring. All merchandise was 60% off. Get there while you still can.
So sad to learn this place is closing! Was always my favorite store in downtown as a kid growing up in the 2000s. Hopefully this isn’t the end but if it is, thanks for the memories. I’ll be sure to stop in one more time and grab something!
