Nothing but positive things to say! I was so intimidated to join a gym. Trainology forever wiped those feelings away. The coaches and other regulars that go there make you feel nothing but welcomed! The coaches are fantastic. They are so patient with me as a newbie and explain every exercise. The classes are small which I also love. I so highly recommend Trainology!

There aren’t enough words to recommend this facility and the amazing group of people that are part of Trainology Fitness!! Everyone is so amazing and knowledgeable! The coaches are very professional and super friendly; they’ve been super understanding and patient with me as I slowly make a come back from a very serious lower back injury. I have been going to TFS for 7 weeks now and I love it! I’ve tried so many other fitness routines and classes and nothing ever took, they just weren’t the right fit. Coaches Emily and Dani are so good about making newbies feel welcome and explaining everything we’re doing and I never feel dumb or like a burden asking questions. The facility and staff are phenomenal! All of the trainers make sure that you are holding yourself accountable, and helping to achieve your fitness goals.
