Training Space is excellent! I love the personalized, challenging workouts that Charles creates for me 3x / week and have never felt stronger. I have two young kids and a challenging and intense job, and weight training has taken my personal health to the next level, I am so grateful for this space and community. I contacted Training Spaces late one night when I was feeling frustrated with my lack of progress. Let me back up a bit... I'm a woman in my early 40's, two young kids, and I run about 2-3x a week.
