Gym is clean, open 24/7, and has what you'd need to have a good lift. David is very nice and responses quick with professionalism tending to any questions you might have.

Owner is great! I've tried a few gyms in Denton and around the area, and this is by far the best. Turf area is super nice. I go after work, and have never had to wait for a machine. Getting a membership here is definitely worth it!

The gym as well kept, and there is a lot of great machinery here I really like that they had a hip thrust machine. I did find that some of the employees are a little bit aggressive, and rude at times. The owners are very nice though! The staff or trainers unsure of what the man was, was very rude to a guess that I had on my membership which is what made me leave the gym. other than that, I would say everyone I've met there and the owners are very nice great machinery well kept and it's quiet!

Paying 70$ to walk in a gym full of teens, kids around and parents standing waiting. I get that it might be “ training “ but come on now, it’s a small gym !! There was a person in every machine. This turned more into a public gym, would’ve stayed at PF pay cheaper price for the same. Don’t waste your money here not worth it.
