Peggy has been my personal trainer for almost 10 years and when she opened her own gym, I was thrilled for her. The gym provides a great workout whether you're advanced or a beginner. You really can customize the workout to fit your needs and Peggy is always there to provide individual instruction if needed. My other favorite thing about the gym is the camaraderie there...it's not just a place to work out, it's a place to find new friends and I look forward to seeing my friends AND working out.
When I first started at the gym 4 years ago, I was looking for a place that would allow me to workout with some physical restrictions. Peggy was able to tailor routines that allowed me to get the best workouts and benefits. Peggy has been an awesome trainer as well as a friend. She is so kind and does not know a stranger. This is a great way to work out. Peggy will individualize the workout if you need any modifications. It’s fun but challenging at the same time. Try it out!! You won’t be disappointed!
