Our unique 45-minute circuit of high-intensity interval training (that's "HIIT" in gym slang) combines cardio and resistance exercises to burn up to 1,000 calories per class. Sounds hard, right? Well, it is. But no worries, with your mates by your side, you’ll enjoy every minute. Point is, when you train hard, we bring the fun. When you’re happy, we’re happy. And when everyone’s having a good time, you’ll feel like part of a family – one that you’ll actually want to visit every day.

Training Mate Santa Monica is hands down one of the best workout spots around. The energy here is unreal—fun, high-energy, and super welcoming from the second you walk in. The instructors know how to push you while keeping things light and fun, so you actually enjoy the challenge. Great workout and all around great vibes - Chelsea and Luke are awesome!!!!!! Austin, Tyler, Alex and Emary are all great as well! Wish there were 6 stars! Clean facilities!!
