When you find a gym you actually look forward to going to you know its the real deal. I went to my previous gym for 8 years and switched because it was time to try something new. I am not a typical gym rat but this place has me hooked. I used to go to the location in Culver City which sadly closed but its so good I am mixing Santa Monica with West Hollywood and the extra commute is worth it. 128 classes later and I'm a lifer. My husband goes too and it has become a part of our daily life. I actually crave it!
Training Mate is awesome and has the best coaches and front desk people. Everyone who goes there is very nice and everyone treats each other like family. I love Training Mate!
I have been coming regularly for over a year and half because the instructors are excellent; I enjoy the friendly, high-energy community and the open, airy space; the cardio is lower impact; and the workouts are fun and challenging!
