Matt M. and the TrainingHAUS team at the Waonica location have been instrumental in the growth both on and off the field with the girls U17 soccer team I coach. Matt and the team at the Training Haus in Waconia have helped my teenage daughters to learn the importance of strength training and proper techniques to help with their sports (primarily volleyball and hockey) — all while having FUN! Lucky to have this team and facility in Waconia for our athletes!
I have been going to Training HAUS for a little over 2 years now and having been working with Matt. He has helped me get prepared for D1 volleyball and working with him has been an awesome experience!
