The best gym in all of whatcom county, some of the friendliest people and Soo many fabulous high quality trainers! This place is Disneyland for anyone and everyone fitness oriented. They also are always upgrading to the best of everything new high class remodel to their showers and locker room with Soo many mirrors

I've been going to Training Grounds for about a month now and joining has by far been one of the best decisions I've made in years (and arguably my adult life). When I was younger, I was much more active on various sports teams and in martial arts.
