Love this place! Great after school program and a variety of classes for adults
Great gym! They’ve got tons of equipment including full gym equipment, gloves, bags, bikes, everything you would need. I take their Muay Thai class on Mondays and Thursdays, it’s great exercise and self defense training. Would recommend!
Our daughter loves this place! They offer after school programs as well as summer camps and adult classes. Ms Rose and her staff keep the kids engaged physically and mentally focusing on self defense and inspiring confidence in their students.
Having found ASTIG is like having found a family. Here you can find a fitness program that not only suits you but your entire family. Kids classes (karate and gymnastics) are fun, dynamic, age and level appropriate and most of all, core values centered. Kids are learning discipline, self-esteem, respect for others and teamwork while they learn martial arts or gymnastics fundamentals. Coaches are well prepared and great with kids.
