TFW is such a great gym. I’ve been going here for 4 years now. When I retired I needed to stay busy. With the flexible class schedules it makes it easy to meet my wife for our workouts. Great coaches. I really like having the workouts prepared ahead of time so you already know what you will be doing. Great family atmosphere
