Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and a great coach. I found Mike after looking for a solution to help with my hypermobility. Mike’s expertise and approach focusing on developing proprioception proved to be helpful for my needs specifically and allowed me to gain stability without fear of injury and to prevent future injury.
