Training Day has become my favourite place to train. The gym is always clean, has everything you need, and the new reformer machine has been such a great bonus in my routine. Also, a quick shout-out to Alli at the front desk shes always super friendly and makes the place feel welcoming the second you walk in :) It’s just an all-round great environment with a really good vibe. Couldn’t recommend it more !!
