If you’re looking for a personal trainer, Brock is awesome!! I’ve lost 13 pounds in just 8 weeks, and it’s all thanks to his guidance! He really took the time to understand my goals and needs. The group classes at Train Yard are also super fun! Going to Train Yard has made all the difference in my fitness journey 🙂
When I started Train Yard gym I was a little scared for I was out of shape and was worried that everyone would look down on me but jnstead they would give me support. Train Yard is like Family everyone give you support, know one ever puts you down.
The gym itself is nice and has everything you’d need. It’s on the smaller side and usually isn’t very crowded. For the price, it beats every other 24/7 gym. The main issue I personally ran into was with other members. I was verbally harassed late at night while trying to work out, which ultimately prompted me to cancel my membership, as I no longer felt comfortable exercising there.
