Amazing staff who had the time and patience to help us understand what we needed to know to get started with model trains.
Poor customer service unless you’re spending big bucks. I purchased $20 worth of accessories and felt like it was a hassle to serve me.

I've been to model train shops all over the world, and this one takes the prize for the rudest service. I get that they have a huge selection of Australian models and cool books, which is why I came all this way. But next time, I'm going to any other shop where the staff are actually helpful and patient.
Very well stocked model train store and well laid out. The staff were able to locate what I needed easily. Despite what another review said, the prices are the normal retail process you would pay anywhere. Lucky to have this store in Melbourne.
