If you have another store to go to, go there. This store has one of the most rudest and unfriendly staff members or owner there is. To berate a child who is very enthusiastic about trains, who knows not to touch things and then ask him a question and still continue to speak angrily to the said child. You really need to get a reality check. They are expensive. Yes I know this stuff is but more friendly staff would get more sales. We won't be returning to this shop again.

Poor customer service unless you’re spending big bucks. I purchased $20 worth of accessories and felt like it was a hassle to serve me.
