Great gym overall. The Hyrox classes are such a good workout and the trainers push you to your absolute max. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Train West Van is so much more than a fantastic gym. As a workout space, it has all the equipment you need for a variety of diverse workouts. What makes Train really unique is the community of people who embody the gym and create an amazing workout environment. I can unreservedly recommend this gym. Well-managed, with excellent, thoughtful programming and fantastic coaching that will help you see results, all the equipment you need, and an amazing community of members who will keep you wanting to show up and work hard, even on those blah days. What more could you ask for? This gym has it all. It's even worth crossing a bridge for.
